British Fencing suffer funding cuts ahead of Tokyo 2020

The future of British fencing has suffered another set back after UK sport announced there would be no funding ahead of Tokyo 2020.

UK Sport have refused backing because it doesn’t believe fencing will win medals in the summer Olympics that take place in Tokyo in two years time.

And it is already affecting clubs at grassroots level.
